Computer controled:  These ships, which also come by names such as 'Police Ship', are very pesky.  They're easy to destroy but will always unload their missles, guranteeing that you'll be at least scratched by them.  But a few missles from far away or a close range firing of your guns will quickly turn these ships into scrap metal.
